  The worst AE on the East essentially. I have never met such horrendous customer service. it's almost as if they were trained to ignore on purpose. I've gone in there multiple times to buy clothes and I had another horrible experience yesterday. Went in to buy a shirt and wanted a smaller size. There were 3 workers there and all of them refused to help anyone. There was around 5-6 people in the store and they never bothered to ask anyone if they needed help, when clearly some of us DO need the help. It's not like they have a good assortment of clothing and different sizes out on display, so why would they assume that nobody needed help? They chatted one another the entire time, and even the customers who wanted to checkout had to wait because they kept pausing during the transaction to finish their conversation. I even tried asking the counter and she refused to acknowledge my existence as she was "busy" helping out with something that's probably not even work-related. The other worker on the floor was just purposely ignoring me and kept going in and out of the back storage/stock room empty handed. I am curious what her position is, as she serves absolutely no purpose other than walking in and out of a room. This is absolutely infuriating. Stood in there for almost 25mins trying to find help and no one gave a damn. I looked through the entire section myself 3x just to make sure they didn't have my size and walked around to browse as I waited for them to be free, which never happened. In the end, I just left the shop out of frustration. never coming back again. I can't believe this store can represent how AE is. AE in Ontario (where I'm from) will never do this to any customer. The amount of disrespect and horrendous quality of customer service they are trying their best to display makes me wonder how this business is still alive.
