  Impossible to reach this store by phone or email. They emailed me regarding our scheduled appointment, asking me to contact them, but won't answer the phone at the number they provided and won't reply to my replies to their email!

  Apple is a great company me and my family have currently and will forever use iPhones (5 currently in use) all great condition iPad, Apple TV which is amazing and Apple Watch’s, oh yeah and Mac’s. The oldest Mac that we have and use in 7 years. It started to slow this year so we took it into the Apple store and they removed somethings and now my 7 year old MacBook Air is runs like it is brand new. If you are debating buying an Apple product vs. a Samsung or the other crappy products out there GET APPLE no question. The workers at the Apple store sometimes seem like they do not want to have you buy a new product because they want to make your current product new again so that you save money.

  Absolute worst retail experience of my life. I went to the Eastview Apple store in Victor. And when I went there I said I'm from Buffalo - their response? "We get a lot of Buffalo people here." And that should tell you everything you need to know. I love Apple products and have always found their stores and phone support very helpful, but not this store. Definitely not this store.
