  My new fireplace is just what my TV room needed, as well as my ever-changing cold bones in the cooler months. Black Hat removed an old existing fireplace, moved its location, and installed a wonderfully beautiful and warming direct vent gas fireplace in its place. They also swept an existing wood stove chimney, and expertly removed some old, unnecessary flues that were inside the wall. My "Hat" goes off to Paul, Brian, Bob, Cheryl, Cody, Dave, John, and everyone at Black Hat for their friendly and understanding counsel, and being patient, prompt, courteous, neat, detailed oriented, accommodating, tenacious, instructive, competent, efficient, and professional in every way. All those adjectives confirm the highest recommendation from me! I appreciate all your efforts in creating a warm, comfortable, and aesthetic fireplace setting in our TV room.

  The folks at Black Hat Chimney & Fireplace are fabulous. They listened to what I wanted and then created the perfect fireplace design. The installation crew was on time, friendly, professional, and did a fantastic job. Would recommend them any time.
