  I don’t know the employees name, but I really liked him. He had dark brown/blackish hair and was really nice and helped me find everything I asked for. Didn’t have a single problem with him and the best part was, he gets to know his customers and make them feel at home.

  After trying every up-sell he could the associate then gave us the wrong console. The one he gave us was missing the ONE feature we had actually asked for. Of course we didn't find this out until after we got home. Now we have to go back and go through all the BS again.
