  I wanted to buy a recliner for my mom... And I remembered a fabric from a visit almost a year ago that I particularly liked and I mentioned it to the sales person who identified it and found it for me immediately to customize my chair. I knew what I wanted when I walked in and the staff helped me get it done quickly, efficiently... And I'm really thrilled because I didn't know that I would be able to have that fabric on that chair when I first walked in. So I'm happier with the final product than I thought I would be when I walked in the door.
