  I walked around to find something, noone could help. They didn't have a basic item that I needed. They didn't even want to deliver me to another store. They just talked smack. Well. That other store had what I wanted.

  I was inconvenienced by a scheduled appointment which was cancelled without notification, having driven in inclement weather. However when the appointment did happen some days later, it was very helpful. I had a kitchen design consult with a knowledgeable consultant and was able to finalize my order with confidence in the results.
