  The Walden MS store is the best store in the mall, and they go above and beyond to help their customers. Were lucky to have one of the 85 stores around the country; for reference there are 498 Apple stores and 14,146 McDs. I've walked in (never signed in) was offered a water or pop and was immediately brought to a tech. I didn't have to schedule a date with a genius or wait 45 minutes to try on a watch. I had a minor light bleed on a SP4 and they said "ok" and 8 month old Surface 4 without any explanation needed. No lie, 3 months later I walked in again with a screen issue (that was my fault) and they replaced it no questions asked. There was some downtime while they were swapping out machines, so I walked over to their 10' x 10' VR setup. I played 3 scenarios; Costeau, Gandalf and then Star Lord. I nearly fell over, we laughed, I had fun. Oh, it was completely free, like the xbox room and 3D printer as well.
