  The pharmacist is very knowledgeable and genuinely caring. He always takes the time to help explain my prescriptions as well as over the counter meds.

  Customer service is lacking in pharmacy department. Several times, I have called to see if my prescription is ready ahead of time (they tell me that it is) and I have driven in to pick it up, and I am told that it is not ready and will need at least 20 minutes. I understand that this happens, but when I call to double check and it still happens (more than once), it is extremely frustrating.
