  I have never been treated with such disrespect by someone as I had been by the owner of this store. I walked in on a Saturday afternoon asking if I could have my ring polished (because the gentlemen that I had spoken with on the phone said they where able to do so for one of my gems). From the back room I hear the owner say “we only do that on Monday through Friday”. He comes to the front and immediately started giving me attitude. I won’t go into details but I’m still in disbelief how someone who owns a company could be so outright rude to a customer at his store. I believe kindness goes a long way with customer service and can make a company prosper. I wish his son (who was probably the nice gentlemen I spoke with on the phone) all the luck in the world because it was his kindness that drew me there to begin with.

  This was the first place we looked for a ring. I found it through Google because it was close but had never heard of it before. I was surprised by how much I liked the experience. The owner gave us a lot of attention and tried to find what style I would like since I had no clue, trying on ring after ring. He was fantastic. Not pushy, listened well, had me try a few things I wouldn't have thought of but worked. There is an extremely high chance my engagement ring will come from here :)
