  The manager Cherell (or however she spells her name) has the absolute worst attitude and customer service. So bad I had to call her in and report her. She lied to my face when I asked her questions regarding turning in my phone (because I made the wiser decision to switch to AT&T). She was rude, bothered, and less than helpful. Avoid this place and avoid Sprint in general. Save your time, save your money, go somewhere else

  The dumb black guy at the counter did not no anything about how to correct my fraud charge , he kept telling me to call the fraud number but yet the people on the phone saud to go to the store. Why cant people do there jobs?
