  First of all I never review anything, nor do I want to throw anyone under the bus but this was by far the worst experience I have ever had at a store. I was looking to switch from my current provider and I had a lot of questions but this representative acted as if he couldn't give me the time of day to answer my questions. He then did not inform me of any fees and pressured me into picking up a line. After an hour of sitting there going over plan details and whether he can transfer my number or not I decided that I didn't want to pick up the line. The representative assured me that it was fine and that nothing was put into the system and that I could call if I change my mind. When I got home I tried to make a call and a Verizon operator came up and informed me I could not make the call. I am now getting the run around from Verizon about getting my phone number back and am without a phone until they release the number back to my carrier. So who knows what is going on now.
